Short Term Goals:

  • Try new recipes/foods that are Keto friendly (5 remaining)
  • Stay hydrated
  • Go to the gym 3 times a week with or without the husband
  • Incorporate a multivitamin into my daily routine (3/30 days)

Long Term Goals:

  • Live Keto as a lifestyle
  • Reclaim the adventure of Life
    • Make plans to get the most out of life
    • Go to the gym as a life habit
    • Be hydrated as a life habit
  • Take things as the come and approach food options with confidence
  • Remember where your worth comes from and dismiss the lies this world constantly throws your way
